ICT Project
Promoting the Use of Information and Communication Technologies
The ICT Project titled “Promoting the use of ICT among users of the Crea Mujer - Acertar Non-Profit Civil Association, Arequipa 2023” was born as a response to the growing need for access to and mastery of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
Aware of the digital divide and its effects on personal, social, and economic development, Social Work practicum students from the Universidad Nacional de San Agustín (UNSA) joined the Crea Mujer - Acertar Association to design and implement this digital inclusion initiative.
Over three months, work was carried out with a group of 15 women from the “Women’s Workshops” program, providing them with tools to navigate digital environments with confidence, enhancing their autonomy and their entrepreneurships.
